At Teeling Whiskey we believe in driving the evolution of Irish Whiskey through the creation of new and unique expressions. As part of this innovative mission we have developed a new family of Small Batch Collaborations aimed at capturing the spirit between like-minded mavericks of their trade. Our First Release captures the character of two quintessentially Irish products, Stout and Irish Whiskey. The result is something more than the sum of its parts. "When it comes to enjoying beer, we like full on flavour" - Galway Bay Brewery, Galway Bay's dedication to flavour & innovation meant a collaboration was inevitable. Firstly, we gave them our Ex-rum Barrels, used to marry our Small Batch whiskey to produce their award-winning Teeling Whiskey Cask Aged 200 Fathoms Imperial Stout. On their return, we refilled these casks with our Small Batch whiskey and left for over six months. This Whiskey has captured a remarkable depth of dark chocolate and coffee, intermingling with notes of vanilla and spice. A Seductive Match Made in Heavens.
